8th december 2007: New Oil Celebration
Many expert friends have met in our mill on this antique traditionnal celebration, which takes place in the area of Finale at the Conception Day, when the new oil starts to be produced in the mills. As the millers used to do once upon a time, we offered to our guests great simple traditionnal dishes cooked with the first yellow gold of the year, which is prooving to be of the very best quality. |

Vegetables
Our new speciality are the high quality vegetables, packed in a nice transparent bag closed with a natural raffia knot: Oil Mill soup, base of great dishes of our tradition, chick peas and lentils. |

New Natural Cosmetics
We added now two soaps with really exceptionnal natural flavours to our line of classic soaps: the soap with camomile from our region and the one with Ligurian myrthe, which we grow in our own factory. |

The 2004 Harvest looks like being Great
2004 seems definitely to become a particularly good year for the taggiasca and colombaia olives cultivation in the area of Finale Ligure. Our pictures released during the last September week in the Magnone olive-grove in Finale Ligure, show the impressive load of olives our trees carry, some of which have been planted many centuries ago and are amongst the oldest ones which can now be found in Liguria. |

It was a great honour for us to present our modern hand harvesting methods, olives processing plant and tasting of the high quality oil we produce in our mill.
The 10 million telespectators who followed this program lent recognition to 500 years of family tradition and to the quality of our production to further the high reputation of Ligurian and Italian gastronomy. |

Modern Processing
In the summer of 2001 we modernised the processing apparatus of our oil-mill in order to be able to work more efficiently and to increase our production capacity. This according to the most stringent alimentary hygiene norms and in order to guarantee the perfect conservation of the exceptionnal organoleptic characteristics of our products.

The processing of the last two year's olive harvests have clearly demonstrated the efficiency of our new treatment unit, and therefore we are proud to offer our clients the best products of olive culture and of traditional Ligurian gastronomy.
